I ordered a badminton racket for Rs.399 but the order got stuck up in the middle and when I checked the status it stood "CANCELLED" then the site didn’t work. After sometime I got back, but saw another one better that which cost Rs.699 and I went for that one.
After 4 days they shipped me the first one but mentioning the second toys name and price in the bill. I got shocked and wrote to them, its been a week and no reply from them in-spite of multiple emails from my side. They don’t care anything about their customers.
The worst thing when I checked my credit card statement, I have been charged for both items. At least they should have sent me both the racquets, but they didn’t do it Now I stand at loss of Rs. 699.
