I just had a conversation with Arti from Pluto Tours World Holidays Pvt Ltd. She gave a package at 2lacs first, later when I told her I got a package for much lesser price from other companies, she started negotiating (which is understandable) but I was not convinced enough with the prices though, so I had to pass this package! Still she kept on insisting me and send the packages that orher companies are offering me, later when I told I don’t want it, she turned into an highly arrogant and rude persona! I was very poise with my talks, still she was having this disgusting attitude. When I told her I would lodge a complaint regarding the same she replied “I don’t care mam”.. like seriously???? Pluto does this to the customers!!!! Attaching images to expose this stupid brat but illiterate girl who doesn’t even have the manners to speak! Because I can get other tour companies but you lost your companies reputation here! Good luck to Pluto Company with such horrible employee like Arti! ????
