Lousy Customer Service

Never invest in Principal PNB Mutual Fund, otherwise you may have to spend the rest of your life corresponding with them to get your money back from them. I have sent them reference ID numbers that their offices have provided through time stamping of my transaction documents. They do not even have the capability to identify the same.


Would appreciate if some one could help me get rid of them for good. In case anybody ever wants to invest in this fund, please get in touch with me as I would like to show you how my mailbox is full of correspondence with this shameless firm. After being aware about my experience I am sure no one would ever like to deal with this mutual fund.  I have invested with other mutual funds where my experience varies from average to good. But this mutual fund is the pits in customer service. Not only are they highly incompetent, they are downright rude. They don’t bother to respond to my mails and sometimes even lie about status of my transactions. How can anybody trust such people with their hard earned money? They are making a life out of harassing customers.
