I am a customer of punjab national bank since 2016 and has been banking from time to time.
But its mbanking app is so slow, that it doesn’t run properly even in 3g speed.
There are many bugs in this app,
1.Sometimes it log me out unocassionally.
2.It takes about 5 mins to register.
- App takes about 2 mins to login.
I will suggest punjab national bank to improve its app for the betterment of their customer satisfaction!
