I am a customer of punjab national bank and I have saving account in pnb. I don’t have net banking that is why I have downloaded pnb mBanking app for registering under net banking it was showing the procedure how register under net banking but when I tried to follow the step it gone wrong and was started showing process failed. I have made many efforts but same thing was happening again and again and this thing made me irritated and try connect customer service and I was unable to connect and I have uninstalled the app.
