I am the customer of PNB since one year as have open this account for saving and FD purposes. But when I downloaded the application for easy access I found that it is one of the worst application. Even govt is launching the best application but I dont how PNB customers managing to use this.
It starts with MPIN and biometric. First of all the application will be accessible in less then 3 attempts. After that when you put the MPIN it will shows that I need to change the password. Since one month I have changed passwords several times due to this.
By chance you reached to your account and start transferring any money to someone, it will ask to password twice and later that the transaction will be failed. It really creates such mess. Even a simple transaction will make you feel that you are in a govt bank queue and waiting for your number. Hope it will go better in this decade.
