I am a victim of this loan scam. I took a home loan from PNB Housing Finance Ltd(PNBHFL) in 2023, and since then, my peace of mind has been shattered. What seemed like a normal loan turned into a financial nightmare. This company is nothing but a fraud syndicate in disguise, operating with zero ethics, no customer support, and blatant disregard for RBI rules.
They shamelessly claim, We dont follow RBI repo rate, and instead run their own so-called PNBHFLRRR(whatever that means!). While RBI has cut the repo rate multiple times, these fraudsters never passed a single benefit to customers. Instead, they increased the Rate of Interest(ROI) FOUR times in just one year! My ROI went up by 1%, and every time I asked for a correction, they forced me to pay ₹;3000 conversion fees for their mistake!
So heres the game:
Trap customers with low ROI promises.
Keep increasing the interest rate at will(not linked to RBI).
Force customers to pay conversion fees if they want to reduce it.
Repeat the cycle until they drain your finances and mental health.
Youll waste hours at their branches and customer care, only to get temporary relief. This is not just poor service this is financial harassment. They operate like a mafia protected by blind eyes of authorities. They dont fear the government, they dont fear RBI, and they surely dont care about customers.
Let this be a clear message
If you value your money, peace, and dignity NEVER TAKE A LOAN FROM PNBHFL.
This is not just a loan it’s a trap that will ruin your financial life.
