I have home loan with PNBHFL(66600xxxxx).I have applied for top up loan on April 12, 2015, till now, its not disburse, I am contact with two executive Axxl and PXXXXXXt PXXXr. First when contacted AXXl, he said, he will send someone within a day to pickup document, when he didnt turned up. called next day, this guy was telling dont put pressure on me.
Seriously, calling to collect document is putting pressure? Finally called jXXXXXa sXXXa, who is the manager, he sent someone within 15 minutes to pickup the document. after which a guy called PXXXXXt PXXXr is coordinating with me in the process. He started the initial process by April, 12, today is May, 9th, 2015, yesterday got call that they are login my document. I dont understand why it took almost a month to login. My initial home loan got approved in 3 days.
As per discussion, he said earlier that your Top up loan is approved. Now he is saying that I never said its approved, I said you will get what you have requested.
He is a guy on which I can never trust. I dont have clarity what is the status of my loan. Earlier he said you will disburse by 10th May and I had made all the plans. Now he is saying you will get by 12-13th May. I am sure that I will not get money by that period. In PNBHFL no one is giving clarity whats going on. The problem with pXXXXXt is he dont pickup the call. Need to call jXXXXXr who connect us via conference. Frankly speaking, PNBHFL employees works like government employees even worst then that. They just want customer to agree whatever they say. I have made up my mind that going forward, I will not going to take loan from PNBHFL or ask others to take. Pathetic service by these guys.
