Hi friends, I wanted to share my personal opinion about PNB housing finance.
I had taken a loan for 5lakhs for period of 2years in order to construct a 2BHK house last year. Initially when I spoke to the customer service they told that the interest charged will be 12% fixed on home loans. I was OK with it and I applied for the loan. The interest on the loan amount was increased to 13.5% without intimating me before the loan amount was handovering me. lucky I checked the document and advised that the interest was incorrectly quoted on the document. The customer service people told that been increased and the new interest rates are applicable. I was totally annoyed but however agreed as it’s a small increase. after 5months of EMI repayment, the interest charges were increased to 18% . I was helpless and cornered.
Hence I recommend not to opt any loan from PNBHF they are daytime fraudsters.
