I have applied for a housing loan as I had asap in my career in 2013 for six months the guy told me he would try to get it sanctioned internally. One finesay after all the running and documentation the loan was sanctioned . I was asked to submit my cheque and remaining docs. My processing fee was also deducted. Now this guy asks me about my career gap of 6 months and stated due to that they cannot disburse my loan. Then why was the P fee deducted why was asked to submit all the cheques. This guy calls up asks me if I can pay some bribe I have the recordings and for which I rejected why should I bribe officials to get me a Loan . And post that I started getting msgs stating my loan was processed successfully. E-mail sent to them is also like waste of time. I would urge please be careful while dealing with these guys they will try to dupe or cheat you in every stage . Don’t blindly trust the sales agent or you can say the Dalals Goondas.
