I had a very bad experience dealing with PNBHFL. they will increase the interest rate(on a Home loan) at any time(Sometimes without intimation to the customer) and when there is an interest rate down in the market and you request to reduce the interest then only they will decrease the%. For that too you have to sign the documents.
They dictate their own terms to customers, not having customer-friendly systems. Looking into their service level and adamancy, I don’t think they will able to sustain customers for long.
