PNB Foreclosure Fraud

Dear Sir,


I Gaurav Kansal took a loan from your bank in June 2018.


I also took 4-5 times earlier foreclosure letters. There were no foreclosure charges mentioned at the time of agreement and no pre closure charges are also shown in earlier foreclosure letters.


I contact you regularly on your customer care and no proper response received from your management. I contacted Ms. Surbhi Ji who told me that we are implementing these charges through the RBI circulars. I request to share the RBI Circular which is latest and effective in force with effect from the respective date of 1st July. But till date, I haven’t received any documents in this regard. I received a PNB Housing revision chart which is normally revised but does not implement any new charges on customers. Please give me the RBI Circular(latest) which allows implementation of new charges on existing customers.


I also contacted Ms. Hemlata Ji, they told me that there are no foreclosure charges shown in my system and I will check the same issue with my superior authority and further update you via call back within 24 hours. Approx 2.5 days have been passed, no further updates given by Ms. Hemlata.


I further contacted on 2nd Sep with Varun Kakkar Ji, they told me that query has been taken and followed up within 4-5 hours till 2 pm with you regarding the same and he is also intimate to inform Ms. Hemlata ji to arrange a call regarding the same and for further clarification.


I further contacted on 2nd Sep with your customer care executive(name not known) around 2 pm. She also told me to arrange a call from Ms. Hemlata Ji and also to intimate a request in the company for clarification and resolve the issues by the same day. But no update was received till the end of the day.


I called in the evening around 7pm. But the customer care center has been closed and no conversation took place.


On 3rd Sep, I further called and talked with Mr. Bharti Malik twice. They also intimate that you will get a call and your query is in process but no proper response and updates received in this regard. Even, they promised to share the RBI circular and are awaiting for the same.


I am regularly following up with you, but your management harasses me mentally economically continuously.


I took a loan from another bank also and paid interest on both sides by your negligence. I can’t bear this loss and take legal action against you and you have to explain all the loss of time due to this negligence and compensate accordingly.
