Alright, I have experienced many customer service interactions throughout my retail trading career, and most of the support team members are clueless about trading. On the other hand, pocket option is up in the 10% cs team I guess, cause they know the topics pretty in-depth. Looks like they are active traders too, which is great, they can understand the issues way better than those who dont trade. First I contacted the bot though, didnt know I have to open a ticket, and this process is a bit complicated, but the speed was fairly fast.
