I used the pocked service on 20th May 2017 in which the transaction apparently didnt get credited to the merchant. As per my regular follow ups on phone with the customer service I was assured auto reversal within 7 days.
After 7 days of patiently waiting and no reversal credited I again raised a complaint which took 7 days long post which on due date - NO REVERSAL DONE.
I fail to understand the weird reasoning and bank stupid reasons to stroll the customer and her query. Its day 22 today and no amount has been refunded or credited or reversed into my pockets.
The customer service simply keeps pushing one more day.one more day.we are working on it and blah blah blah. I dont know what am I suppose to do to get my amount reversed.
But one thing Ill definitely advise to all of you is DO NOT TRY THE ICICI POCKETS SERVICE - IF YOU TRY YOU WILL DEF CRY LIKE ME.
