Pogo was like a breath of fresh air and as parents we were finally happy to have a really good English channel for our children to watch. Unfortunately the channel now airs in Hindi and our children are once again robbed of a good English channel.
Why do the channel heads not realise that there is a market atleast in the metros for a good channel in English as it helps first generation English speakers to improve their language and also there are parents out there who want English programmes to be aired in English not in badly dubbed hindi. Please revert back to English and not deprive our kids of the only GOOD channel on air for them.
Not just the children but even adults were watching programs like Beakmans World which is now impossible to understand in Hindi.Good program contents a judicious mix of cartoons and edutainment programs had made this channel a boon for educated parents to offer as an option for their children and now we are once again robbed of a sensible alternative for our children.
