Yes, this movie is an example of how an action movie, combined with love and comedy should be made.It shows clearly, the mark of Puri Jagannath and Mahesh.I have been waiting for this movie for a long time.But got the chance to see this movie only after a week of its release due to some reasons.Till then, I was thinking how this movie would be....i did not even read the reviews of this movie anywhere, even here at ms, my sole writing place, because reviews spoil the enthusiasm, plot and the suspense a movie holds.I dont have the habit of reading reviews and watching them.(Please dont ask me then why i’m writing reviews).Review-

Pandu(Mahesh) is a rowdy.All he need is pockets full money and some action.He loves challenging the rowdies and bashing them.But he does no harm to innocent people.His character is such different that if an opposite gang offers him more money, he is ready to kill the present gang, whom he is working for.Presently, he works for a gang, operated by Ali Bhai(Prakash Raj)from Dubai.Which deals with land mafia.He falls in love with Shruthi(Ileana), an aerobics teacher.She lives with her mother and school going brother.She too loves him.A corrupt police officer(Ashish Vidyarthi)eyes Shruthi and craves her.He is such a bast that he even eyes her mother and asks her to sleep with him.They protest and he starts tormenting them.Thus, Pandu becomes the protector of her family.A sincere police officer Syed Quadri(Sayaji Shinde)tries to demolish the land mafia in hyderabad and targets to arrest Ali Bhai.Soon, Ali Bhai lands in Hyderabad and gets arrested by Quadri with no arrest warrant.He keeps ali bhai in a secret place.So, the gang of Ali Bhai kidnaps the daughter of Quadri and shoot a blue film on her.They blackmail him by showing the video and asks him to release Ali Bhai.Thus, sentiment rules over commitment and Ali Bhai gets released.Mahesh gets enraged by their act of insulting a lady and turns against them and a war starts between him and the mafia group.The rest is to be seen on the silver screen.
Performances:
Mahesh-:-His role is simply superb.His dialogues matched perfectly with the character and mannerisms.His fights are superb.His small witty dialogues have enough punch and humor.
Ileana-:-Man, what a beauty what a beauty.She is simply irresistible.Such a beauty that if you see her once, your Dil goes Dhak Dhak.Her acting talent is very good and she has the mettle to rule the telugu film industry for a long time.
Prakash Raj-:-Good role.Interestingly, this is the only he acted after a long time.His previous movie was also a Mahesh starrer-Athadu-which was a biggest hit of 2005.I think he should reduce his belly.
Sayaji Shinde-:-Excelled as sincere officer.
Others-:-Comedy track of Brahmanandam is good at first part.Later, in the scenes with Ali and Venu Madhav have some overdose of double meaning dialogues.And particularly, the comedy track with Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav and a ton of beggars is irritating.The most hilarious part of the movie is police officer Sayaji Shinde torturing Prakash Raj.After arresting him, he offers him food, water, and everything but does not allow him to sleep.That is the most hilarious part in second half.
Puri Jagannath-:-He is the man behind this huge hit.He performed five roles in the forms of Story, Screenplay, Dialogues, Production and Direction.He excelled in all the departments.A unique story which runs with gripping screenplay, witty dialogues, good production values and superb direction.
Other factors-Fights are a treat, Songs are good and have leg tapping beats.Camera work is extraordinary.This movie’s basic theme is eradication of land mafia and rowdies.
Also, a popular telugu news channel is pointed out, for telecasting blue films and interviews with criminals as news.
