I worked for the company. The environment and culture when it goes wrong in a company you will experience hell and that is polaris. Many project managers in mainframe practice of the company are not project managers at all. I mean they are not given enough powers to run the project. Even leave approval needs to be got from a project director. This is the case for many projects in the company to the extent I inquired my other colleague friends. Eg . There was a case of an employee who was made to believe that he is under bond for 3 years. This person served three years and when he asked the HR if his bond is over.
HR said there is no bond for you. But the Project director has got a signature from a document similar to the bond the company gives on his own. Totally against company policies. The HR learnt abt it and started dancing to his tunes. No rules and real hell. There was a girl who went and said I need to get married so I am resigning. The project director has said "you dont need a relieve letter for marriage right so you leave without relieve letter". From what I have seen the company changes any person who joins as manager to its culture.
