After working with fortune 500 companies and having 12 yrs of IT experience, I knew all the negative reviews placed on the site still being an optimistic person joined the company.I have made a big mistake which is jeopardizing my career.The work culture is worst no matter what project you get. resource shuffling is done without giving due consideration to the skills & capablities of an individual.Process & Procedures are not in place and unethical ways are implemented to make their clients happy.Scope for skill upgradation is none as even google.com is blocked where in all the users find all the difficult solutions online.Most important of all if a person is warming chair for 10 yrs or so please do not expect any guidance from them as their knowledge has been stagnant which would gulp in ego problems and later bullying.I wanted to improve the system being in the system but senior management in the company is unsupportive, resistant to change.The senior management runs the show having their own objectives in minds and not the corporate structure of the rules & regulations.
My advice is to think twice before joining Polaris since I have made this mistake I don’t want other users going through the same pain and waste their precious time.
Polaris gives lay off without any notice to the user neither it follows any compensation rules which are stated in the offer letter.
Please do not make a mistake of lukerative benefits which polaris promises while joining, I cannot change your decision but be cautious.
