Can any one suggest me on this? I have an Offer from Polaris Labs Pune. How is this Center and how would be the learnings and Appraisal. I have been offered T320 --AVP level. I am a Business Analyst. How would be the career growth, culture, work environment?
Also what they promise a Variable Pay ( Bonus ) after completion of 1 year is paid or just remains in paper. whether this payout is 100 % or this is negotiate while paying .
Please suggest on this as I have to put my papers in the current company.
