I was about to renew my car policy. An agent from policy bazar was following me since many days for renewal.
She offered bast deal for insurance and IDV. AS THERE was no on road assistance in the policy she advised, agent told policy bazar provides on road assistance vouchers for free if this teacher is not available in policy. On last day of my insurance validity, started renewing online with help of agent over phone. Agent remained over phone and assured that once payment is successful, they will send soft copy of insurance and on road assistance immediately and hard copy will reach on registered address in few days. While making payment, as told that clicking on submit button, agent disconnected phone. Now I cannot call them. They did not yet since that day 30 Dec.
I called customer care many a times, they assure that I will get call from concerned department in next 30 mins but never happens. Posted my concerns over Facebook, twitter to comoany, owner and brand ambesder Kapil Sharma. No help. Better buy directly from policy providers and free from such cheaters mediaters. It can be used as comparison tool only. Hope it will help you to decide. I would have rated below 0 if option available.
