I purchased a policy for my nephew. I was asked that I am given an offer for some IHO cards worth Rs. 4000/- immediately after the purchase of the policy. But here I must say that there is a lot of difference before and after taking the policy. They are polite and responsive only when you have not purchased the policy. Immediately after purchasing the policy nobody will listen to you.
I asked at least 20 times to forward my offer cards to me but they did not respond. I then sent the next email to their boss on the given email id where it was written to call in case of not happy with the services. Even they did not respond properly. I will never suggest to go for this service at all.
