Their sales executives behave as if they are angel for you. But when I saw the reviews on their Facebook page and on this website I was horrified. They call u now and then to close their deal. They kept on insisting for me to buy the policy from their website. They told me to buy Reliance general insurance. I saw the reviews for the same, again found that it was one of the worst company in the insurance sector. So this policybazzar guy called "ChandMiyan" says me to go for Bajaj Alliance. But I finally said no to buy the policy from their site. But they kept sending mails.
Then the senior executive calls me and says "Sir kya prob hai apko"? I said I have got bad reveiws about your site from some websites.He says sir people blame us wrongly, because we are here to sell the policy! That’s it. We are not responsible if they dont get the claim or something. People should understand that our job is just to show you the comparison of policies and sale the policy, that’s it what can we do if people write such reviews.
What a pathetic answer!
