I applied for porting my existing health insurance policy from NIC to CignaTTK through policybazar.com My application id is 23007485. When the policy cam to me I discovered that this policy is a fresh policy and not a ported policy.
So I lost my opportunity to port my policy this year. Since this policy is useless to me I applied for cancellation and in the process I have lost a large portion of Premium I had paid to CignaTTK. CignaTTK is claiming that Policybazar.com has not provided all documents and Policybazar.com has no view on this issue. The customer service of policybazar is useless as the whole service is useless. They kept on giving me wrong information.
Use policybazar website for gathering information but never use their service.
