I booked a health insurance for my mother and was directed to a clinic, to complete the medical check up. The clinic was so terrible the they give you an appointment and the doc doesnt show up and even after an hour the clinic members are not able to reach the doc nor do they have a clue of his arrival to the clinic. Somehow fixed the appointment twice and completed all the tests. The next day I get a message that the policy is declined due to incmplete medical check ups. I called the agents, the clinic and confirmed with everyone that the system is updated saying the medical test is done and to process the policy. yet after a week I get a message that the policy is declined. I call the agent and they have no clue about wat is happening and kept repeating the same over and over. If this is how serious POLICY BAZAAR is at the time of issuing then I doubt the seriousness at the time of CLAIMING. This is not acceptable at all. POLICY BAZAAR PLEASE BE MORE SERIOUS OF YOUR SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RISK USING YOUR SERVICES. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE UNLIKE ANY COMMERCIAL PRODUCT.
