Delayed my medical insurance and couldn’t do it at all, which resulted in a delay in my residency and only worked when I moved to a different company. The employee didn’t know how to do his work, just kept calling and asking for extra requirements which iso not even required at all at this step, then kept delaying me for weeks, at the end nothing happened.
