The website is informative. I decided to take online policy of future generali. While taking the policy everything went fine. Selected the policy, got amount deducted from my account but, finally i got the message, due to technical reason transaction failed.
From then on, policy bazaar people continuously approached me. But, when i said about the deduction of the amount, non of the staff able to help me.
I tried future generali office as well, but they do did not help. I even wrote to ccavenues regarding this, but they never replied. Even after one month, the case is still open. I dont understand, how to take up the issue. I live in a small town.
