I acquired a policy from Policy Bazaar and sought claim support for my child’s medical emergency, only to encounter inadequate support and responses. Policy Bazaar consistently placed my calls on hold or promised callbacks that never materialized. Ultimately, I resorted to claiming directly at the insurance office due to the utterly unsatisfactory service from Policy Bazaar, driven solely by profit motives.
