My working profile was ASC in motor department, Gurgaon.
One of the team leader named Abhishek was so rude. He don’t tell any lessons to his team, he only forces them to work. He threatens his team members either follow my rules of working or leave the job. He pushes his team members to work overtime. He forces his team member to work on weak off days.
Breaks in policybazaar
12:00 to 12:15
2:00 to 2:30
5:00 to 5:15
These are the breaks
But Abhishek who was my team leader only give lunch break of hardly 20mins. He never give any other break rather than this.
Leaves in policybazaar
Abhishek who was my team leader never give leaves. He only give one weak off per weak. If you ask for leave other than the weak off then he denies as usual.
Senior team leaders and management was like dictator. One senior leader i.e Atanu abuses their team members about work.
Atanu also comments on employees personal life.
Life in policybazaar
Team leader forces you to come before time about 15min and force you to work 1 hour more after your leaving time.
You can’t take any leave in policybazaar if you do they call your parents, they want your live locations as well like my Team leader abhishek did with me.
You can take breaks more than 20mins.
You have you work continuously.
They will give one day off per weak on their choice of day.
You cannot give resignation letter like in my case I gave resignation letter to my Team Leader abhishek but he didn’t approve.
You have to leave the company without resignation letter because your team leader will not approve your resignation letter and so you have to leave the company without resignation letter and you will not receive any experience letter also like in my case I tried hard to give resignation letter, I told this to my Ishita HR and my TL Abhishek but they said Don’t go; we will not approve your resignation letter.
Policybazaar management do not approve the resignation letter and when you leave the job they deducts the penalty of not serving notice period.
They also dont give the experience letter or relieving letter.
