This is my very worst Customer services I ever experienced. It is about my policy and second thing about customer service too. Myself shyamnarayan couple of months ago I had called in policy Bazzar customer care I had spoke to Ashwin Kumar Patel he suggested me one plan of Bajaj aliens and he gives the comparison between that any explain me so much detail about inside of that after that he suggested me this plan and I took that I trusted on him and this is my biggest mistake I ever did that nothing is what got happen. Before purchasing this policy I had clearly informed him I am smoker and also my Bypass surgery was happened he said no issue sir you do not have to submit any kind of details of inside of that it won’t be create any kind of trouble nothing is that my policy got issued an approximate I had paid 4 to 5 premium and one day I was at home and I was just checking my profile portfolio inside of that detail I saw there it is not mention any kind of these details like I am smoker and my surgery was happen I had called in Bajaj Allianz customer care and also I had called in policy visa customer care regarding for this problem they say they said that we are escalating your issues will listen your call what was that and we try to solve that problem and it is about 4 months back still today is 20 11 2017 I haven’t got any kind of simple reply from policy Bazzar regarding for this problem and not only that so many times I had escalated that issue in Bajaj Allianz 2 but I haven’t got any kind of reply from anywhere somewhere on I am feeling that I wasted my money whatever I had paid that I personally do not recommend you policy Bazzar they give you lots of promises before purchasing the policy but personally recommend you do not go for that do not trust on that if you are going offline you will be getting might be little bit hai premium but it is totally safe at least you know that what exactly thing is going they are but if you are trusting on this kind of cheaters companies like policy Bazzar after sales this policy he will not contact you anymore if you called in customer care they will say will send your request to that executive whoever you want to talk and believe me he will never call you . Not only that one time I had called in policy Bazzar customer care and I spoke to Ashok he put me on hold for a 1 hour after that I hang up the phone call do not trust on that do not go for that whatever the promises they will give you all promises
