I needed to get my Car insurance renewed. So I contacted Policy bazaar for the same. Paid Rs22908 as a Car Insurance. But didn’t received the cover note even after 10 days of premium payment. Policy Bazaar dnt even bother about you once they receive money. Its you who need to follow them. And there will be one time when they would stop answering you.
I received my policy document after 15 days and that also on e-mail no hard copy. They told me hard copy will take 10-13 days more. What is this man. Did I renewed my Car Insurance or what.
This was my worst experience in Car insurance renewal.
