My Car insurance is about to expire coming Friday(19Mar), so I was looking for renewal and made searching across different website for higher IDV value. Got call from different insurance company Several times, finally decided to go with PolicyBazaar who do brokerage for Bajaj Allianze(I could have taken directly with them) and made payment yesterday through the Link which they given.
Their agent given payment link, I made a payment in that process website requested to upload my old insurance copy in PDF and added Nominee as my Spouse.
Here comes twist, policy has been issued, then I went through the documents thereNominee details were missing. AS we know policy document should be error free for any future claim. I searched for the agent who called several times by replying his mail(as he insisted several times before payment) about my issue no reply him. Then I felt cheated, dont know what to do.
Followed by I received a survey mail from Policy Bazaar, and I about to markBAD it immediately directed me to

I logged in with my Mobile ID, in frustration mood I found an option to raise a ticket to add Nominee name in Policy Document. Still my ticket is open not got any update from Bajaj Allianz. In turn I got call from PolicyBazaar Representative saying I need to wait for Ten days to get reply fromBajaj Allianz(BullShit).
After paying 7.5k, issued a policy document with wrong information, without my error I need to wait for 10 days is not acceptable. So My kind advice,
1) Ask to share the Policy quotation before payment(Which I had done last year because I directly updated with Royal Sundaram Agent)
2) Check name, IDV value, coverage Period, and other coverage details are mentioned properly
3) Dont go with these broker Website.
4) Before making any payment in link. kindly know how to contact physical person/office if something goes wrong
