Disappointing Service Support

Really sorry to say that I ditched the neighbourhood Insurance guy for policy bazaar for car loan. Sales person and the app gave false informtion regarding cashless facility offered. Despite specifically asking about the particular garage, the sales person assured all GST registered garages will be honouring cashless facility as shown in the pb search results. Now that the unfortunate event happened- there only a few garages with cashless facility in my locality!!! Royal ditch.


Fine let, me try the available garages with cashless option-


Great, they offer free pick up as well- just book the time. Did that- Royal ditch again. Nobody bothered.


Next day - any way off day, I took the car to the garage address ( multiple attempts to contact the given phone number failed as noone bothered to pick it nor give a call back).


By the way, there is no functional navigation link to the garage site either- no problem we can copy paste the address in g map, right?!!


Royal ditch no.3- there is no garage there!!!!


Wow..amazing. a contacted PB helpline- prompt response of immediate action!!!


Royal ditch no.4 - No calls or follow up from garage nor from PB.


Great going.


Now gave vehicle to good old showroom waala and hoping for a re imbursement..


Please wish me luck guys


All in all, just use pb to compare policies but don’t believe their claims
