I was at Show room for New Vehicle Delivery. As per Dealer they cannot give delivery of vehicle without Insurance. I had contacted Toll free for 5 times with 15 min waiting time almost for all call. But no representative was "Free". When they need to sell, just after our search, they call back repeatedly. But when it comes to service, there is no response. Not even registered no. is going through stating "this no. is not registered."
After so many mails conversation, there is no resolution yet and I am suffering.
I am getting 6-7 mails stating share your alternate policy to cancel and I am replying to all mails with proof of alternate policy, but there is same mail coming. How many times I need to share I dont know.
My account is showing no policy purchased by you, now you can get what their service is up to.
Pathetic, no body knows when the policy will get cancelled and I will get refund. I am mentally harassed with Policy Bazar.
If you are going to get new vehicle, dont go with Policy bazar. I will rather say, dont go with Policy bazar, they are cheating with IDV values and if you check local one, it will be the same as online.
Always use direct branch of respective companies for policy renewal and new policy purchase.
