Policybazaar is good to just purchase insurance policy and will be totally disappointed whenever you need any support service after purchasing their service.
I have been using policybazaar online portal to renew many of my vehicle’s policy for many years. But when I face an issue this year and this is the first time that I face an issue to get the support service from policybazaar. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Policybazaar regarding my vehicle insurance renewal. I purchased a policy on 26 July 2024, only to find out that the coverage started on 29 July 2024, leaving a critical gap in my insurance coverage.
As a loyal customer who has relied on policybazaar for insurance renewal ion the past this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I expected better communication and support especially in such critical situation.
I strongly advice other to be cautious when using policybazaar as their lack of responsiveness and failure to address important issues can have serious consequences.
