I used to like it initially and purchased three car insurance policies. With that confidence I tried to renew my health insurance and had a horrible time. Customer care is uncoordinated and inefficient. They keep on calling till you pay the amount and afterward the roles reverse since we have to be after them to get the policy documents. It is extremely difficult to contact them after payment. This raises serious doubts on the confidence because you need insurance when one is in trouble and we can’t reach them easily. I decided to stay away and pay extra by buying insurance directly from the insurance companies. The extra cost we may incur is surely worth the peace of mind.
