This is the first organization where I have experienced a very weired process of hiring.
Usually the 1st round of interview is general HR round. The 2nd one is written test, if not then a technical round. The 3rd one is a director or department head round where a general background of the organization is conveyed. The last one is again the HR round about salary negotiations, joining etc.
But this organization Policy X had all three HR rounds. All the HR only listened to my job experience and decided on their own to select or reject the candidate. There were multiple HR round and I had been speaking the same stupid things that I had to say about my own experience. They had no other queries or questions to ask me, i. e., it took 3 HR people to judge if I was suitable for their organization.
Since the 3 HR rounds happened, I got no calls or response from them. I am not sure how these kinda organizations doing real business with clients. Are they faking or they are super unique to consider.
