I purchased the product with the assurance of money back in case I’m not entirely satisfied with the results in seven days. I used the cream for 10 days, saw no results and tried to contact the company on the numbers provided. I retained the bill(I still have it) and tried calling the number I was given by the sales executive at Lifestyle stores in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. There was no response on any of the numbers provided. I then sent an email several times and yet there was no response. I have not given up!
The product does not work! Its a sham! And the company does not respond to the complaint! Is anyone in Pond’s listening?
I still have the cash memo, the empty jar and the increased fine lines on my face to prove the injustice inflicted! In fact the fine lines have turned to wrinkles and I’m left helpless at the very young age of 50 when my family(who pride themselves of youthful looking skin at the age of over 60) still have an enviable skin.
