One day I and my wife went to big bajar .
There she bought the ponds age miracle dual eye therapy with
the precription of one of the ponds’ speciialist there.
its so costly 20 ml for rs 495 but the rep. said that it will remove
the dark circles of my wife’s eyes.
but there is nothing progress in her dark circles.
what to do if such costly thing dont work
so I wrote them on the email at lever.care@unilever.com
they took all the details as batch no. purchasing date my address etc.
the next day I receive a call that we have to stop the use of the cream and they will come to us for
observing the proceedings.
I ask the complain no. which they told to send by sms or email
but till then no response.
they are still not getting my mail till then
please tell what to do
