Ponnusamy hotel. is a complete mess. I discovered this restaurant during my visit to mahabalipuram- chennai . with my family and friends.
A few months back. where I came across this hotel. because most of the restaurants in the city are quite costly.
And we thought that in this restaurant we would not have to loose our pocket much.so we came to the conclusion of choosing this restaurant as we were inclined to have just mid day meal and to relax a bit there during our trip.
But I dont think I would visit in this restaurant ever again. or have any meal there. at this hotel. because the hotel was just average kind of hotel without any speciality., food was just ok types. not very tasty one, about the staff.
Well we felt that staff was like dormant and insensitive which doesnot responds well. and it is not that much cheap also as we thought. the ambience is just ordinary made without any sho- sha. it does not attract much attention. and the food is very average. does not appeal much. the service was so slow that food service order for ordinary snacks like simple idli.n dosa and sambhar takes up hell lot of time to arrive. I dont think I would visit it again as I did not like it much.
