Poonam Furniture....hmmmm, located in btm 2nd stage...big showroom! We had one sofa 3x2 sofa set, our sofa’s fabric had damaged and we asked this shop, if they can repair it...they agreed! in the beginnning, they talk very friendly...and after taking our order of repairing..they told, will deliver within 15 days. we waited for 1 month...no word from them.
I called them and asked for our order process, they said: will take another 15 days due to rain. they could have delivered our sofa in the morning, but they neglected and told whenever we get time, we will delivery your sofa. "Is this the way to talk to your customers".
Due to urgency of sofa repair...we had to go to this shop. Please kindly do not visit this furniture shop. They take half of your money, and say will delivery within 15 days...and will neglect...will never receive calls. Very Bad Customer Service. We have to call them 100 times to get the job done.
Worst experience in my life....very pathetic people...uncultured!!! i should have checked the reviews on Mouthshut.....before visiting this shop!!!!!
