When I moved into a new house, I found that Poonam Furniture’s had an offer which gave away the furniture’s at a pretty low price. We ordered about 8 different furniture’s. They told us that except the cot, everything else was ready and that they will deliver it in 2 days and promised to deliver the cot in 10 days.
After a week, they delivered 4 of the furniture’s(slightly different that what we asked for.e.g. Seat Color etc.). They promised to deliver the remaining furniture’s along with the cot by next week. It’s been more than 2 months now and I’m still struggling to follow up with them and get the stuff home.
After a time, they stop picking your calls and if by chance they do when I call from a different number, they say bullshit anything that occurs to their mind and promise more BS. Trust me. It’s not worth the trouble. If I’d known, I would’ve paid a little extra and got it from somewhere else. Strongly advise everyone to go against this place based on my experience.
