We recently had bought a cot, 8 inches mattress and a 3 seater sofa from Poonam furniture. The only condition I put forth with them was to deliver the products within 4 days as I have to go to my native for my marriage. But the Cheats promised nicely like politicians and then totally disappeared.
After paying 5 visits to their shop and making more than 10 phone calls after returning from my marriage, I got my cot delivered on the 37th day. They had bluffed like, its raining so paint is wet, the product was not good so we sent back to the factory kind of excuses.
They also told that the delivery was free but the transporters(from their company only) didn’t leave my house before I agreed to pay them 400 rs.
When they moved my sofa from their auto in to my home, they have torn the bottom cover up cloth, gave me several promises to send a guy on the next day to patch it up with a stitch but defaulted till date.
Also, I have ordered for a coffee bean brown cot and after delaying the delivery for more than a month, they gave me a black one. And the worst had happened after that. The fancy micro fibre filled sofa started changing shape and the covering cloth starting losing stitches.
Its no more appears fancy or comfortable to sit. Although those cheaters said that this has a 2 year guarantee, despite calling them several times until today, they always say "We’ll send a guy later, we all are busy now" etc.
The biggest culprit there is their managing director named Kishore. He talks well and good at promising and convincing. I got a glass topped table from them and that seems to be good till now, that’s the only solace after spending 52, 000 in cash to those leeches. Please DO NOT buy from them.
They are real CHEATERS.
