I went to purchase household furniture from Poonam’s located at Hosur Road. He insisted me to give by cash, but I refused and I insisted to give him cheque. He still insisted me to avoid cross cheque since that b wanted to avoid tax. After giving the cheque for 9000 INR that b manipulated to make it 90, 000 INR and withdrew the cash of 90, 000 from my account and now when I approached him, he is asking me what proof that I have.
Similar things happened with other customers also where they gave in cash and he does not process any order for furniture. He now says that I shoud give him 9, 000 more then only he can process the order. There are several pending cases against him. My friend also says that he has more than 50 such cases pending against him. Out of 10 orders, he processes only 1 and remaining he cheats all innocent customers, who don’t have any proofs against him as he asks for cash or simple cheque.
