I wish we had seen poonam reviews earlier. We placed order for their combo offer by July 1st. It’s August and we still haven’t received the furniture.
We were so warmly welcomed and convinced that delivery will be with in 20 days but might extend for 30 days based on work. they even said they had sofa ready which can be delivered then and there. We said we will take everything together and paid 10k (minimum advance acceptable at store). Their employee escorted us to the nearest ATM to get the cash.
We waited till July last week to get a call from Poonam. When you call at their show room their employees are trained to say will be delivered tomorrow or to hang up the phone.We never heard back from them so we went to enquire. There were few other customers too at the store who were complaining they haven’t received order. The owner is so smart that he shouts at his employees and then tell us it will be delivered tomorrow.
Today I called them up from office they said we will deliver at $. whn I call back thy still have the same answer tomorrow.
I have never felt so cheated in life. I wish I had requested for a bill so tht I could take this fraud to court.
Guyssssssssssssss please don’t buy anything from poonam. Please spread this around.
