Stayed for just a night with my spouse. ITS A NIGHTMARE. we ordered for food and waited for an hour just to hear that room service has been cancelled. Staff informed that room service is available only for coffee and tea.
For food, you have to inform them the menu 30 mins prior to service, that too limited choices. I ordered for tea next morning, waited for 30 mins, got nothing. Called up room service again to hear that it had been cancelled again. They don’t even have the courtesy to inform us about the cancellation.
The worst ever hotel in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms weren’t clean at all. The staff were so rude, they promise you everything. Once you pay the advance amount, you don’t get anything, you complain, they ask you to shut up and say that they never promised anything.
Better to stay in a car, I would say staying on the road is better than opting for this hotel.
