This review is late in coming but better late than never, we were regulars at poptates in andheri west for quiet some time. However, the attitude of the few of the staff there was so rude, making people wait till 40 min outside the restaurant. The least one could expect was the queue to go in order but it didn’t work like that. The people who knew the manager who by the way is very rude, arrogant n basically bad assessed attitude.
I am compelled to write such strong language as even with girls he used to be extremely rude n abusive sometimes like bestowing you a favour, would take people in even after thy were behind me just coz thy knew him. There was not proper system where one could b place according TO there time not like first come first service. That was the first part.
Second part was the hygiene part which I saw 2 my dismay not 1 or 2 but several times big huge fat ugly cockroaches moving around the restaurant in the 1 level n the ac level on the floors n seats after telling the staff about it it was v surprisn tat thy behave like its nothing special n tried shoving it away? Can anyone imagine the state of the kitchen when the restaurant is in such hapless poor conditions?
I would strongly suggest people not to go there if they value there pride n of course there health.
