This kind of experience is important to note when the customer service is actually tested during peak hours.
It was a saturday evening, when I walked in with 3 friends. The restaurant seemed completely full, but we spotted a 6-seater table and occupied it. The waiter gave us the menus, immediately. But after a long while, the manager walked over to us and said that there was waiting already. I said, but there was no one to say that outside, to which he replied, I should have asked before coming in. This was really unprofessional thing to say to a customer. I asked him if expected me to get up an leave, he said, a blunt yes. We left, nevertheless, not being the ones to create scenes. Despite me telling the manager that this was really embarrassing that he did to a customer already sitting at the table with menus in hand, he was not even remotely apologetic!
Not going to the Mulund outlet again for sure.
