I had recently purchased one big wardrobe and king size double bed from these guys. The quality of product is not up to the mark. Old wood used and the strip started coming out on the very first day. They have equipped my wardrobe with a faulty lock.
I am asking them to get it replaced and these guys are telling me that they don’t have a carpenter available and it would take another 30 days. Is it my fault that the carpenter is not available at their place. They have supplied me with the faulty lock. They didn’t bother to check it, before dispatching the stuff.
However, they had acknowledged that the lock is faulty and it’s their fault, still I am waiting for a replacement till date. I found them at furniture exhibition that took place last year in Nehru Center, Mumbai. These guys set-up there hub at large exhibitions joints in Nehru Center, Mumbai and Furniture exhibition in Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai and also in some areas of Pune.
They would show you a very good replica demo piece and the end product which you get would not be of equivalent quality to that shown to you.
PLEASE BEWARE: SALES GUY NAMED MUSTAFA WOULD BE AT THE EXHIBITION STALL AND HE WOULD MAKE JUST TALL CLAIMS TO CONVINCE YOU.
Friends, please stay away from these guys, I ended up losing around 1 lac rupees. Product not worth even of Rs. 20, 000/-
