Due to consistent pressure through unsolicited calls, I handed over my car on 12/4/2014 to a supervisor by name Sunil, for servicing at their workshop. But till date ie. 19/4/2014, no one responded to my numerous calls seeking information about the status of my car.
To my surprise and shock, I came to know that they virtually had no information about my car.The staff members were giving me false information and misguiding me deliberately for reasons known only to them, when I contacted them in person. The so-called’ customer service Managers’, cleverly concealed themselves or absconded themselves from the scene, as long as I was there.
I am writing this review in public interest only. I intend to approach the Consumer Grievances Forum in this respect. Hence, I appeal to one and all to avoid any type of dealings with Popular Vehicles and services Ltd., Trivandrum. The best way to deal with them is not to deal with them at all.
