On 28.05.2020 I purchased a car from your dealership (wagonR CNG, unfortunately vehicle has not been satisfactory because from the 2nd day of delivery CNG is leaking from the engine.
I went with the car and checked by the staff(elamakkara service center).the reason found him was, "its the complaint of pressure gauge, nothing to worry&can fill the CNG.
Again I noticed the same problem, I took a photo from the meter that fuel is decreasing day by day without travel.2nd time staff told, "its the problem of CNG which filled during lockdown time, adviced to empty the tank&to refill.3rd time also I noticed.again I went with car, staff scanned the car and found that there is leaking of the CNG from the engine.
From the beginning I informed about leaking but they ignored my doubt 2times&made excuses.my question is, if its the problem of CNGwhich filled during lockdown, then why you delivered the vehicle at that time?.
Now the damage corrected&I rely on my car for transport&apart from the inconvenience, this problemhas also caused me to incur additional cost(I have kept the receipts from the pump)who will take responsible for that.
